At Monte Design, we want you to love your furniture as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces may be subject to a restocking fee to ensure the highest quality of service for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a pickup with one of our specialized furniture freight carriers.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
