What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are made to order. Standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks, plus an additional 1 to 2 weeks for white-glove delivery depending on your location.
Do you offer fabric and wood finish samples?
Yes, we offer complimentary swatches for our entire range of premium fabrics and wood finishes. You can order up to five samples through our website to help you make the perfect choice for your home.
What is your return policy for large furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please note that because our furniture is custom-made, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition.
Does Monte Design furniture come with a warranty?
Every Monte Design piece is backed by a limited lifetime warranty on the internal frame and a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for fabrics and foam.
Are your products environmentally friendly and safe?
Sustainability is a core value. Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified, our wood is FSC-certified, and our fabrics are free of flame retardants and PBDEs to ensure the highest indoor air quality for your family.
Can I track my shipment once it has left the warehouse?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the contact information for our specialized furniture delivery partner.
